Delivery address

You must complete all the address fields when entering your order, including the recipient phone number. Please avoid using addresses where you believe the recipient to be absent most of the day.

Scheduling deliveries

Cactus can guarantee flower delivery on a specific day up to 10 months in advance. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.

Substitution

Cactus reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.  While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website, certain colored materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

In the case that you want to cancel an order, you will be given a full refund if you have given us at least 3 days notice before the delivery date.

If notice of cancellation arrives less than 3 days before the delivery date a 50% charge will be levied

If notice is given less than 24 hours before the delivery date no refund will be given.

Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement

Duplicated order

If you placed 2 or more identical orders you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order

Price / Payment Procedure

* We accept payment through Visa / Mastercard / Paypal
* Prices are subject to change during festive seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Eid day, Mother’s Day New Year and Other big festives (please take note, price increase will be indicated upon checkout page)

* Cash on Delivery – Client should pay prior to the delivery or upon delivery. For Male’, Hulhumale’ & Villingili, Delivery would be free of charge. For other deliveries, a delivery charge would be applied according to the travel.

* Upon successful order, you will receive an Email Confirmation.
